An Internet media company based in New York City, Buzzfeed listed its 20 most beautiful countries in the world and amazingly African countries dominated the top positions of the list. The list is intended to be a sort of travel guide to tourists on the places to explore at a particular time in the listed countries. The 20 listed countries are the most comely, charming and attractive ones travelers need to visit.
According to the list, “The Pearl of Africa”, Uganda was listed as the 13th most alluring country in the globe for its breathtaking features.
The somewhat small country was praised for being the starting point of one of the most dazzling and longest rivers in the world – measuring 6,853 km – the Nile. Lake Victoria which equally passes through Uganda is in fact, the most amazing lake in the world.
‘The river is born in the Mountains of the Moon’, called Rwenzori Mountains. Also, the country was lauded for its wildlife viewing destinations in the globe.
Uganda’s splendour beats the likes of Australia, Norway, Phillipines, Brazil and India.
Following in 10th place is Kenya. Named the land of the Maasai Mara and image of wild Africa, Kenya is ranked in the top 3 wildlife countries in the world and Mount Kenya is the second tallest mountain in Africa.

Tanzania sits on the 8th position beating Italy. Tanzania boasts Serengeti, Lake Victoria, Lake Natron and Lake Manyara, the Ngorongoro Crater, Zanzibar, the Spice Islands, Dar Es Salaam, Mount Kilimanjaro and thousands more.
